** We are looking for a new Area Manager to join our team!
** The Area Manager drives sales growth and customer satisfaction across multiple Cavan Bakery stores. Responsible for coaching Store Managers, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering consistently positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities
● Oversee sales performance across multiple stores, ensuring targets and growth objectives are met
● Coach and develop Store Managers to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer experiences
● Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards across all stores
● Analyse KPIs, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
● Implement initiatives to enhance in-store sales and loyalty programs
● Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges
● Maintain brand standards and promote a customer-first culture

Skills Required
● Experience managing multiple retail locations with a focus on sales growth
● Strong leadership and coaching skills with a customer-focused mindset
● Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
● Analytical skills to monitor and improve commercial performance
● Ability to inspire teams and drive a high-performance, customer-first culture
