Stores Person – The Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa

Full-time 30 hours | Permanent | 5 days out of 7 (Monday to Friday)

This role is responsible for managing all hotel goods received, ensuring accurate processing, secure storage, and timely distribution across the property. Key duties include:

• Checking deliveries for accuracy, quality, and expiry dates.
• Organising and maintaining dry stores, the cellar, and storage areas.
• Updating procurement and stock systems daily.
• Overseeing allergen segregation, stock rotation, and creating back orders or returns when required.
• Maintaining accurate liquor records, conducting weekly cellar counts, supporting monthly stock‑takes, and replenishing canteen supplies.
