Job PurposeAs a Sales Advisor, you will work with your Management team to implement the ultimate Omnichannel shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service by living our Service Promise.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities Customer- Help inspire customers to look and feel good by delivering our service techniques.
- Create a fantastic customer experience and let your personality and style shine through.
- Support Omnichannel by helping customers find products online when not found in store, ensuring a seamless single‑brand experience.
- Passionately understand local customers and community, engaging with charity partners.
- Maintain store appearance, ensuring a visually exciting environment that encourages shopping.
- Create an inclusive environment that values different people and opinions, encouraging fun and expression.
- Proactively develop personal growth to realise potential.
- Collaboratively deliver the Retail Strategy.
- Recognise personal contribution to performance and Objectives & Key Results (KPI).
- Keep up to date with all New Look offerings to recommend products authentically, driving store performance and brand awareness.
- Understand store targets and strive to exceed them.
- Ensure a safe environment for customers and team members by following Health & Safety procedures.
- Support profit by focusing on areas that maximise sales, reduce loss, and control costs.
- Remain compliant with all Mandatory Training Modules.
- Confident with people, passionate about engaging customers, and delivering a great experience showcasing personality.
- Understand the core local customer profile.
- Passionate about fashion, staying current with trends.
- Adapt to fast‑paced, evolving retail, demonstrating resilience and supporting teammates.

- The Your Voice Representative role is vital in store, giving team members confidence to voice ideas and influencing change to make New Look a great place to work.
- Support communication and delivery of key engagement initiatives and messages in store.
- Act as an ambassador at quarterly Territory Your Voice meetings and bi‑annual divisional meetings, sharing key themes.
- Challenge store management to influence change based on team feedback.
- Maintain close relationships with team members, role‑modeling company values.
- As a Key Holder (subject to mandatory training), support opening and setup of the store in management absence, with Territory Leader approval.
- Access the store prior to trade for deliveries or tasks before opening.
- Adhere to H&S and security procedures, responsible for team, service levels and stock in management absence.
- Deliver exceptional standards within the department, supporting operational excellence and customer journey.
- Use data and reporting to shape department performance.
- Be the go‑to expert, confidently recommending products to customers.
- Support brand visual merchandising and POS guidelines through product handling and retail standards.
- Execute window and mannequin styling to high standards, supporting floor moves for sales or promo launches.
- Stay up to date with trends, competitor activities, and influencer promotions.
