We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join one of the UK’s most established hospitality SaaS platforms — trusted by restaurant groups, pubs, bars, and quick-serve chains across the country.
They provide a complete operating system for hospitality venues: from EPoS and stock control, to rotas, payroll, customer engagement, and real-time insights. Their system processes millions of pounds of transactions each week — and they’re growing fast.
About the role
- You’ll take ownership of the sales pipeline – qualifying inbound leads, prospecting, and closing deals with some of the UK’s most recognisable food & beverage brands
- You'll sell a proven product that’s already embedded in over a decade of hospitality operations
- You’ll work closely with the Head of Commercial and Managing Director to shape the sales strategy
- It’s a remote-first setup, but you can also work from offices in the South or North if you like face time
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the full sales cycle – from lead gen and proposals to final negotiations
- Running demos and representing the brand at hospitality trade shows and industry events
- Building relationships with Ops Directors, Finance leads, and consultants across the hospitality industry
- Working closely with the implementation and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and influence product direction based on client feedback
You’ll fit this if you:
- Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech
- Understand the challenges of running a hospitality business – whether that’s staffing, margins, compliance, or guest experience
- Know your way around a CRM (they use Hub Spot)
- Like autonomy, and can manage your own pipeline confidently
- Are commercially sharp, personable, and not afraid to get stuck in
