What we’relooking forWe’relooking for aBusiness Development Representative who thrives on prospecting,initiatingconversations and creating qualified sales opportunities with target customers.
You’llbe responsible foridentifyingand researching ideal accounts, executing outbound activity (calls, emails, Linked In) and opening doors for our consulting sales team.
Highly organised and detail-driven,you’llmanage multipleoutbound campaigns simultaneously using Salesforce CRM.
Comfortable with rejection and motivated by targets,you’llbring curiosity, resilience, anda strong desireto improve conversion rates through feedback and coaching.
Supported by an experienced tech consultancy sales team,you’lldevelop your commercial skills with the aim of progressing into a consultative IT services sales role.
You’llneed to...
- Have commercial experience in a sales or business development environmentsuch as recruitment, call centre sales, lead generation or outboundsales.
- Have an interest in learning about technology or digital services, with a willingness to learn about our broad range of quality assurance services including data services,AIand enterprise tooling solutions.
- Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build relationships through phone, email, and Linked In outreach.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both new and existing clients toidentifyopportunities.
- Target-driven and motivated by performance-based rewards.
- Prospect and generate new leads via phone, email, and Linked In outreach meeting agreed targets as set within the team.
- Manage andmaintainoutboundprospecting campaigns via:
Linked In, Phone and Salesforce. - Collaborate with the wider sales team onbreaking into accounts and learning from experienced colleague sand applying feedback.
- Conduct research on target markets and potential clients to uncover newways to open the door to conversations.
- Work in a fast-paced, varied environment, combining outreach, research, client engagement, and collaboration.
- Bonus potential (to be discussed duringinitialscreening call).
