RoleWe’re looking for a Sales Engineer to promote our equipment service solutions to new and existing customers. This is a fully remote, field-based role where you’ll manage your own territory, build strong relationships, and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage customer relationships across your region
- Identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and contract renewals
- Carry out site visits, surveys, and provide technical advice
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers
- Track activity and sales performance using CRM and reporting tools

- Sales experience (essential)
- Technical background or industry experience is welcome, but not essential; we’ll support your learning
- Knowledge of compressed air or industrial services is a plus
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable using IT systems and keen to learn
- Fully equipped for the field: company car, laptop, iPad, and smartphone
- Structured training (minimum 40 hours per year) and clear development pathways
