MASH Social Worker

Looking to take a step back from Case holding?

We’re seeking experienced and motivated MASH Social Workers to join a supportive and well-structured team in South Wales.

• Triage and analyse referrals, applying thresholds to identify and respond swiftly to safeguarding concerns
• Undertake timely decision-making on cases, including S47 enquiries, ensuring risks are identified and managed effectively
• Work closely with partner agencies – police, health, education and more – to gather and share intelligence for robust safeguarding decisions
• Contribute to early intervention and risk reduction by ensuring that children and families receive the right support at the right time
• Champion the voice of children and families, ensuring practice is centred on their needs and lived experiences
