Qualified Social Worker - Child Protection

We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker within a Child Protection Team in the Social Care industry in Bedford. The successful candidate will be working in a well‑structured, organised team that is expanding its social worker staffing levels.

• Initial Assessments and Core Assessments
• LAC Reviews
• Giving Evidence
• Managing a varied caseload
• Court Reports
• Section 47's

For this role you will need to be a Qualified Social Worker with HCPC Registration and a university Degree level education. Candidates must have an excellent knowledge of therapeutic approaches, relevant legislation, national policy and initiatives, and experience working with Children and Families. You will also need to be eligible to work in the UK and have previous experience within a Children’s Safeguarding or Child Protection Team.
