Senior Product Manager - Products

We’re exclusively working on an exciting Senior Product Manager opportunity for a candidate with a background in sport, performance, or coaching. This role offers full ownership of data‑driven performance tools relied upon by ELITE athletes and coaches. Lead the product journey from insight to impact, turning sports science and analytics into real‑world tools that enhance decision‑making and performance.

• Shape and deliver performance products used in training and on‑field environments
• Translate athlete and coach insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps
• Drive multiple projects, balancing strategic vision with hands‑on delivery
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery
• Use data and feedback to iterate and refine products post‑launch

• Product Manager with full delivery ownership and a proven track record
• Experienced in sport, performance, coaching, or athlete development
• Skilled at translating complex data into practical, actionable solutions
• Credible with coaches, practitioners and senior stakeholders

This role will work on tools with real, measurable impact on elite athlete performance and give you the opportunity to collaborate with high‑performing coaches, sports scientists and technologists.
