  Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - approximately 3:30 PM
• Overtime:
  Paid after 7.5 hours per day - 150% Overtime. Smart Solutions Recruitment is currently recruiting a number of HGV Class 2 Drivers for a busy recycling contract in Bridgend.

Driver/loader role – all applicants must be willing to load when required as part of a team.

• Driving and loading duties as part of a refuse and recycling team.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Manual handling required.
• Ability to perform physical manual handling tasks is essential.
• Full training and paid induction/driver assessment before starting.
• Temp-to-perm opportunities available for the right candidates.

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph (Digi Card).
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only).
• Willingness to perform manual loading tasks when required.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious.
