Accountant, CPA or EA, Manager role at Get It - Finance.

Location:

onsite in Gilbert, Arizona. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• File and prepare various tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
• Conduct tax research and provide clients with expert advice on tax planning strategies and compliance matters.
• Assist clients with IRS audit letters and communications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure their financial needs are met.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections.
• Stay updated on accounting and tax laws, implementing best practices to benefit clients.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and develop accounting and tax policies.
• Train, mentor, and manage junior staff members.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or EA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax preparation and accounting services.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books experience preferred).
• Experience with Lacerte tax software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence in working directly with clients and team members.
