Job Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices (1,000+ weekly) with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform 3-way match to ensure proper invoice validation
• Communicate with vendors and reconcile statements promptly
• Prepare and process weekly check runs
• Assist with month-end close activities

Preferred:

• Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
• Experience with Coupa

Compliance:

• Background check and drug screen
