Position: Japanese Bilingual Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant
An international manufacturing company in Mesa, AZ area is currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join their organization. This is a full-time job, (M-F) 8 hours shift (between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM), direct hire with full benefits opportunity. Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for the organization. Ensure all Journals are closely reviewed Manage the Closing process, Monthly, Quarterly, and Year End Monitor Financial Systems and Make Financial Statements Provide Financial Analysis and Consultation to Executives regarding important decisions Collaborate with business and internal control departments to accurately produce financial reports Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance or related field is required. Japanese / English Bilingual. 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Oracle) 3+ years of AP/ AR experience. Month-End experience. Understanding of GAAP Familiar with income statement and P&L.
