Staff Accountant-Onsite Mesa, AZ

OHI Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team onsite in Mesa, AZ, supporting a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

The Staff Accountant will assist in the planning, controlling, measuring, and reporting of the company's financial information. The role requires managing day‑to‑day accounting activities and ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including general ledger maintenance, year‑end audit support, and budgeting and forecasting.

• Prior experience supporting inventory accounting and/or manufacturing operations required

• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite ERP.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, practices, and tax laws.
• Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
• Ability to adapt to and learn new software.
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.
• High attention to detail, strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
• Good organizational, time‑management and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Professional designation preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in accounting and manufacturing required.
