• Answer phones and manage the front desk
• Direct calls and messages to appropriate clients/sites
• Coordinate travel arrangements for key personnel
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings and assist with board meeting preparation as necessary
• Assist with interdepartmental tasks as necessary
• Greet, welcome and direct visitors
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Keep track of supplies and place orders as needed
• Complete additional duties as assigned

• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
