Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reply to emails in a timely manner
- Assist CEO and complete admin tasks as assigned
- Post job openings on Indeed, Linked In, Workable, following hiring procedures
- Register new employees in Bambee
- E-Verify and process new hire paperwork
- Ensure all employees understand benefits (People Keep, Principal, 401(k), PTO holidays)
- Plan gifts for team birthdays, work anniversaries, and Christmas bonuses
- Send thank-you and anniversary cards
- Photograph events and new hires; create videos as needed
- Plan and carry out quarterly team-building and service activities
- Help plan quarterly executive team meetings
- Attend Monday Executive meeting and email recap
- Submit and manage lunch orders
- Update Trainual with company policies, procedures, and training documentation for each position
- Manage company phones, updates, storage, Apple s, and app problems
- Resolve technical, login, or software issues; refer to IT for unresolved items
Requirements:
- Proven experience as admin assistant
- Good understanding of business office management
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Well organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Business Degree or relevant field is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- What is the estimated commute time from your residence to our location at 2260 E University Dr, Mesa, AZ 85213?
Please note that candidates with a commute of 30 minutes or less will be given priority consideration for the position.
Education- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Human resources: 10 years (Preferred)
- Executive administrative support: 10 years (Preferred)
- Technical support: 2 years (Preferred)
