OverviewSalary job! $40,000/year! Looking to add an experienced house cleaning company scheduler to assist in managing all aspects. Must have a driver’s license and experience with scheduling cleanings. Bilingual a plus. The job is 8‑4 Monday through Friday, no weekends. Flexible with time off for appointments.
Scheduling Duties- Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for residential and commercial clients.
- Assign jobs to cleaning staff based on availability, location, and skill level.
- Adjust schedules as needed due to client requests, cancellations, or employee availability.
- Communicate schedule updates to cleaners and clients in a timely professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and staff hours.
- Conduct on‑site and post‑clean inspections to ensure service meets company standards.
- Address client concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
- Provide feedback and retraining to cleaners as needed based on performance.
- Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures.
- Monitor supplies and equipment quality used during cleaning.
- Proven experience in scheduling, operations, or quality control (cleaning industry preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech‑savvy: comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and mobile apps.
- Valid driver’s license (if inspections or field visits are required).
- High attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality service.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM or field service management software (e.g., Jobber, Housecall Pro, Zen Maid).
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
