Technician – Electrical & Avionics Support – Security Clearance Required

Innova Solutions is seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Technician to join our dynamic team supporting electrical and avionics systems. This role is ideal for individuals with a generalist mindset who enjoy working “in the weeds” with small wiring and precision tasks. You’ll be part of a laid‑back, all‑hands‑on‑deck team where mindset and collaboration matter the most!

• Perform basic electrical tasks including minor soldering, wire harness repair, and component testing.
• Work with small‑gauge wiring (toothpick‑sized) using meters and diagnostic tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems with a focus on quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to support broader project goals—no task is too small.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures.

• Navy Fire Controlmen, especially with submarine experience – nice to have
• Avionics Technicians and individuals with experience – nice to have
• Prior military experience – nice to have

• Strong team player with a humble, can‑do attitude.
• Comfortable in a laid‑back but high‑accountability environment.
• Willing to jump in wherever needed—team success comes first.
• Eager to learn and grow, regardless of formal credentials.

$52,000‑$100,000 per year. Salary range offered to a successful candidate will be based on factors including education, work experience, location, job duties, certifications, etc.
