Auto Technician A​/C Shop

Coulter INFINITI is seeking two additional Automotive Service Technicians to join our Service Department.

We have strong customer-pay business, steady car count, fair dispatching, and a solid service team that helps technicians stay productive. You'll have the opportunity to earn more through efficiency and CSI bonuses, continue your training, and move toward higher certifications and Master Technician status.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, A/C, suspension, engine, and transmission concerns
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Complete quality work efficiently and accurately
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience required
• A or B-level experience preferred but not required
• INFINITI experience is a plus, but technicians from other brands are welcome
• ASE, Master, or manufacturer certification preferred, but not required
• Must have your own basic tools; specialty tools are provided
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, team-oriented, and takes pride in quality work
