The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who can help shape the wellness system that enables Police, Fire, and EMS to proactively support their first responders. Our Mindbase system is designed to help peer support teams identify individuals who have responded to potentially difficult situations and provide support. You will guide the vision, strategy and execution of products, working closely with customers, marketing, designers, and engineers to deliver solutions that simplify complex workflows, support critical decision-making, and enhance community safety.
This position is both strategic and hands-on — balancing long-term product direction with day-to-day prioritization to ensure our products continue to lead the industry.
- Define the product’s vision and long-term strategic direction, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Clearly articulate the business case and customer value for each initiative or feature so that the team understands the purpose and expected impact.
- Lead strategic planning by identifying major areas of investment, building business cases and securing internal approvals to pursue them.
- Understand win/loss, competitive and market analysis to inform strategy.
- Use P&L insights to guide roadmap prioritization, ensuring financial targets are considered.
- Serve as the product subject matter expert on the market, technology trends, and the competitive landscape, representing the voice of the customer and business needs in senior-level discussions.

- Prioritize features by balancing user value, development effort, time to market, and competitive differentiation, while keeping strategic goals at the center.
- Track and evaluate product performance, including sales, feature adoption, support tickets, and user satisfaction, and adjust priorities accordingly.
- Run trials, pilots, and MVPs to validate assumptions and refine the product before broader launches.
- Perform ongoing market and competitor research to ensure the product remains differentiated and competitive.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, partner success, support, implementation, finance, legal, and the leadership team to drive the product forward.

- Promote the product through training, sales enablement, webinars, newsletters, and direct customer interactions.
- Act as a product evangelist and build trust as a leader across the business, ensuring alignment and enthusiasm for the product vision.
