Supervisor Materials - Nights (12 hour shifts)

Location:
Mesa, Arizona. Shift: 12-hour night shift.
- Coordinate and schedule customer pickups and expedited freight shipments.
- Design, manage and oversee the outbound order special requirements process, including custom labeling, documentation, and vendor systems data entry.
- Administer the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process, ensuring action tracking and completion.
- Monitor site processes and coordinate activities as assigned.
- Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement projects as assigned.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with internal teams at Dexcom, including Planning, Quality, and Manufacturing.
- Serve as the site lead for Change Management initiatives.
- Operate within the Night Shift RDC environment, ensuring strong communication and alignment with cross-shift partners and day-shift leadership.
- Utilize Oracle EBS to execute, troubleshoot, and support warehouse functions; prior Oracle EBS experience is preferred and strongly valued.
- Develop your team through coaching, accountability, and daily reinforcement of Dexcom culture, fostering a high-performing and respectful night-shift environment.

- You must have a good working knowledge of inventory operation to include but not limited to cycle counting and transactions review.
- You must have experience with Oracle Warehouse Management Systems to perform and train others to warehouse functions of receiving, inventory management, order picking and shipping.
- You have knowledge of transportation scheduling for both inbound and outbound shipments.

Experience And Education Requirements- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of industry experience.
- Informal management/team lead experience.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to verbally communicate with leadership, employees, and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.
