As a Child Autism Specialist, you’ll have the remarkable chance to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role works in collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. It is an entry‑level role and does not require prior certification; we provide complete training for this position.

• Recent college graduates looking to jump start their career:
  Psychology graduates, special education graduates, child development grads, teaching degree holders, or similar
• Anyone with childcare experience and who loves kids:
  Child care providers, paraprofessionals, nannies, babysitters, preschool teachers, day care workers, Montessori teachers or assistants, tutors, substitute teachers, childcare volunteers, Sunday School teachers, or similar
• Frontline healthcare workers looking for a change:
  Home health aides, behavioral health techs, psychiatric aides, child life specialists, or others

• Offer one‑on‑one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2‑6 in a clinic environment, guided by science‑backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods
• Implement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy
• Team up with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high‑quality care

• Previous experience with children aged 2‑6, ideally in a professional capacity
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer and tablet literacy
• Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality is essential
• Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client
• Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree

• $21.00 - $28.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. The initial offer hourly pay will be between $21.00 - $22.50. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
