We seek a dependable, caring, and trustworthy Kids Club Associate to join our dedicated childcare team. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment. The Associate reports directly to the Operations Manager, leads, coaches, and trains the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children ages 1–12.
Responsibilities- Ensure a safe and secure environment for children aged 2–12 years.
- Supervise children’s activities and enforce safety protocols.
- Manage reservations and child agreements, ensuring efficient communication with parents and tracking bookings.
- Support daily and weekly tasks to maintain efficient team operations.
- Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first‑aid protocols.
- Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts for the Kids Club.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Kids Club facility and throughout the gym, including regular club walks and bathroom checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding Kids Club policies, procedures, and updates.
- Foster positive relationships with members and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the Kids Club.
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
- Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing and enriching environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate Kids Club operating hours.
- Detail‑oriented, systematic, and thorough problem‑solving approach with strong time‑management, organizational, and record‑keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Must successfully pass a background check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
- Ability to access and operate the company computer system, including preparing documents, entering data, and reading reports.
- Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
- Tenure Pay
$14.70—$15.70 USD
