Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Coordinator to support our restoration projects Arizona. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage daily construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Schedule and oversee subcontractors and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Assist in budget management and cost tracking.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of restoration processes is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience with residential and commercial restoration projects.
