We are a rapidly growing stormwater management company seeking a motivated Drill Crew Laborer to join our construction team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in the job site, and wants to grow their skills and career as our company continues to expand.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Assist the drill crew with stormwater and underground construction projects
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment around the job site
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery under the guidance of the Drill Operator
- Perform digging, back filling, and site prep as needed
- Help install stormwater structures, piping, and related components
- Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines while on site
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have OSHA 10 Construction Safety certification
- Previous construction or labor experience helpful, but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience with small tractors such as skid steers, small loaders, etc. on job sites is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
