Assembler​/Steel Erector

Fleming Complete is seeking a qualified and experienced PEB/PEMB erector for all phases of metal building projects in the Phoenix Metro Area.

Local construction company located in the Phoenix area seeking qualified and experienced PEB/PEMB erectors for all phases of metal building projects.

It is essential that you possess the knowledge, ability, and understanding of commercial steel erection construction and safety practices.

• 1-2 years minimum experience erecting PEB or metal cladding as a laborer, foreman, and/or superintendent.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to PEB steel erection, metal roofs and walls, and insulation. You will work on the ground, on lifts, and on elevated surfaces while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Construction projects are located within Arizona, primarily in the Maricopa County area.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and hold and maintain a valid Arizona Driver's License.

• Full Time, Direct Hire, Hourly

Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm, some nights and some weekends

• Must be 18+ years
• 5+ years experience in construction trades
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to work in various temperatures and environments
• Able to work independently
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs
• Clear courteous verbal and written communications with customers
• Current valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Detail oriented
• High level of integrity
• High school diploma or GED
• OSHA
  10 preferred but not required
• Practices diligence with a sense of urgency
• Self motivated
• Sound judgement and critical thinking

$18 - $30 per hour
