Job Title: Foreman

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay: $65,000 - $95,000 annually
* Dependent on job stability and relevant experience*

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pipe installation plans with the superintendent and management team
• Supervise daily crews and subcontractor activities
• Operate heavy equipment for excavation, pipe/culvert installation, and back filling
• Use lasers and levels to ensure accurate pipe installation grades
• Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications and schedules

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Foreman experience in underground utility installation or related heavy civil work
• Strong leadership skills to manage crews and site tasks
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality
