As a dispatcher - , you demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and desire to be a team player will show up and show off as you learn to support the company as a whole.

• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)

• Proven customer service skills / experiencedREQUIRED
• Experience in dispatching a plus, but not required
• Must be able to read and write fluently in English (Bi-lingual Spanish a plus)
• Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
  
  Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient with use of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• Experience in the construction or restoration trades a plus, but not required

• Dispatch calls and coordinate with sales teams to respond to new calls
• Support the sales and production teams with any items they may need
• Supporting the other administrative team members in the office
• Supporting the Accounting Manager with other tasks and miscellaneous requests
• Mesa, AZ 85205:
  Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Rotating On call Schedule (both weekdays and weekends)

Pay Rate: $23.00 to $25.00 / hour
Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
