Dispatcher, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Honest Plumbing AZ LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Dispatcher to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ! This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll be the backbone of our daily operations — keeping our technicians on schedule and our customers happy.

• Receive and manage incoming service calls, scheduling appointments efficiently
• Dispatch plumbing technicians to job sites based on location, availability, and priority
• Communicate job details, updates, and changes to field technicians in real time
• Monitor technician schedules and adjust routing to maximize productivity
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and field crews
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, job statuses, and customer information
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and/or CRM systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in a trades or home services industry is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
• Housecall Pro experience is a plus
