Registered Dental Hygienist – North Stapley Dental Care Mesa, AZ | Full-Time or Part-Time | $50/hr + Uncapped Monthly Bonus

As we continue to grow our team, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, growth-minded Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and excited to help build the next chapter of our practice.

Location & Schedule Mesa, Arizona – Stand‑alone state‑of‑the‑art building

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Conveniently located down the street from Starbucks and surrounded by great food and shopping options.

About Our Office

• Clean, modern, and comfortable environment with a bright, welcoming aesthetic
• Stand‑alone building with beautiful artwork and updated décor
• TV screens used for patient education and treatment presentations
• Operatories feature natural light and windows

Providers & Specialty Support

• Primary general dentist in office
• Periodontal‑focused approach to support comprehensive hygiene care
• Visiting oral surgeon who provides sedation, oral surgery, and implants on an as‑needed basis

Compensation & Perks

• $50 per hour
• Uncapped monthly bonus with very attainable targets
• Bonus structure provides significant earning potential beyond hourly rate

• Strong with perio protocols and confident in recommending perio treatment
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable in a modern dental setting

Preferred (but not required)

• Laser certification
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend
