Aspire Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an experienced Front Office Lead who understands dental front office operations and can keep the day running smoothly while making families feel welcome.
Minimum 3 years of dental front office required, including dental insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, and scheduling.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can confidently handle scheduling, insurance, billing, and patient accounts while guiding the front office team.
Previous dental office manager experience is a big plus. This position offers the opportunity to grow into an Office Manager role in the future as the practice grows.
- Lead daily front office operations, set priorities, delegate tasks, and follow through to completion.
- Answer calls with warmth and confidence, help families schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Maintain a productive schedule, fill openings, and coordinate recalls and treatment appointments.
- Oversee insurance verification, benefits, eligibility, and prior authorizations.
- Submit and follow up on claims, resolve denials, and manage outstanding insurance balances.
- Accurately post insurance payments, patient payments, adjustments, and refunds.
- Explain treatment estimates and financial responsibilities clearly to parents.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid balances.
- Train and support front office staff and coordinate with the clinical team.
- Help improve office systems, accuracy, and the overall patient experience.
- Previous dental front office experience with a strong working knowledge of the full insurance and billing process.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to delegate effectively.
- Excellent phone skills and clear, professional communication.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
- Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and follows through without constant supervision.
- A calm, friendly approach when helping busy parents or resolving concerns.
- Spanish proficiency preferred.
- Open Dental experience preferred.
- Pediatric dentistry and AHCCCS/Medicaid billing experience are a plus.
- Previous dental office manager experience is strongly preferred.
Work in a locally owned pediatric dental practice led by a board-certified pediatric dentist, with the opportunity to help shape office operations and grow into a larger leadership role.
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
