Banner Childrens Specialists (BCS), a growing multispecialty group within Banner Health, is seeking a Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our team on the campus of Banner Childrens at Desert Medical Center in vibrant Mesa, Arizona.

We're expanding our dedicated Pediatric ENT team, currently composed of one experienced Pediatric Otolaryngologist and a seasoned PA, with the goal of creating a three-physician group.
The ENT clinic is steps away from the hospital and pediatric specialty services
, allowing for seamless collaboration and continuity of care.

This is more than just a general ENT position; use your focus to build your specialty in areas like:

• Aerodigestive disorders
• Cleft and craniofacial conditions
• Pediatric sleep surgery
• Thyroid and vascular anomalies

We welcome those with unique clinical interests who are eager to shape and expand service lines within a highly supportive system.

• Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology
• ABMS board certification/eligibility
• A passion for multidisciplinary care and pediatric excellence
• Interest in clinical program development or leadership (optional)
