This opportunity seeks a dedicated School Psychologist to support K-12 students within a dynamic school district in the Phoenix area. The role involves a full-time contract position through the current school year (CSY), starting as soon as possible and concluding at the end of May 2026. Candidates must hold an active Arizona Department of Education certification and possess an IVP Fingerprint Card.
This on‑site position requires commitment to working Monday through Friday, typically 35‑37.5 hours per week.
- Active Arizona DOE certification in school psychology
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Card
- 0 to 10+ years of experience in school psychology, with a pay rate scale reflecting experience
- Strong knowledge of K‑12 educational environments and student psychological assessments
- Ability to comply with district policies requiring in‑person presence (no virtual or hybrid arrangements)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, students, and families
Location:
Phoenix metropolitan area, Arizona (Mesa area) – K‑12 school setting with assignment details to be determined.
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and support services to enhance student well‑being and academic success
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district regulations
