We deliver innovative, energy-efficient solutions for industries such as hyperscale data centers, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical labs, semiconductor clean rooms, EV battery manufacturers, and life sciences facilities. We are expanding rapidly with new production facilities in Mesa, Arizona, launching in 2025.

As part of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of chillers and their subsystems by designing, implementing, and conducting tests to validate performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot before product release. This role also involves compiling, reviewing, and analyzing test data to support engineering decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of thermodynamic tests in collaboration with Development and Sustaining Engineers, including range validation on chillers, sub-systems, components, and parts.
  • Prepare and set up test equipment and test environments in accordance with engineering specifications.
  • Assist in creating test plans and compiling results for final test reports.
  • Review test requests and execute testing on HVAC products following established procedures.
  • Provide technical leadership on testing and validation protocols.
  • Compile, review, and analyze test data to verify accuracy, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret results and develop nonstandard testing methods when necessary.
  • Recommend improvements to testing procedures, equipment utilization, and overall lab efficiency.
  • Support lab personnel in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of testing activities, schedules, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure all testing complies with industry standards such as AHRI, ASHRAE, UL, and ISO requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC equipment testing and operation.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with sensors, data loggers, and software for thermodynamic measurements.
  • Maintain adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during testing, including refrigerant handling and disposal.
