Job Description

Industrial Engineer (Full‑time, Contract, 1+ Year) – Mesa, AZ (Onsite)

• Apply industrial engineering concepts, approaches, and techniques to products, processes, and services.
• Develop plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention measures, and workflow sequencing.
• Design, maintain, and optimize production systems by integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel.
• Conduct workflow analysis; develop models, databases, and spreadsheets for data analysis and metrics.
• Research, design, and implement process improvements to enhance schedule performance, reduce cost, and improve quality.
• Support execution planning using project management, scheduling, and shop load practices.
• Provide production, supply chain logistics, performance visibility, and recovery planning support.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety, design standards, and ergonomic guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Industrial Engineering or similar experience (Production/Manufacturing Engineering).
• Typically 3+ years of experience.

• Experience with low‑volume assembly on large‑scale platforms (rotorcraft, military aircraft, or similar).
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.
• Discrete Event Simulation Software (Simio, Pro Model).
• Constraint‑Based Scheduling Software (Aurora, MS Project).
• Job Scheduling and Sequencing.
• NX/Unigraphics or other 3D CAD tools.
• APQP and PFMEA.
• Teamcenter tools (PDM, Process Simulate, Manufacturing Process Planner).

Pay Range: $40–$48 per hour.
