Previous experience working as a Regulatory Test Engineer in RF is required!
RF Testing, Radiated, Conducted Emissions & Immunity EMC/EMI experience. We test electronic devices to FCC, CE, ISED test standards.

- EN 300 328, EN 300 330, EN , EN 55032, EN 55035
- FCC CFR Parts 2, 15, 22, 24, 27, 80, 87, 90
- FCC CFR MM Wave

Special skills:
Competent using Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Vector Network Analyzer, and other lab equipment.

We are accredited to test for the FCC, Canada, European Commission, UK & more to ensure products adhere to regulatory standards required before products can be marketed or sold in those countries. We provide a wide variety of services and hold a broad accreditation scope of testing, with growth areas in LTE/4G/5G, LORA, Radar, Sat Com, WiFi, Bluetooth, cellular, GPS, IoT, IIoT, sensors, Med Tech, Robotics & Wearable Devices.
This position is onsite in Mesa, Arizona, just east of Phoenix. We foster a collaborative, family-like culture with regular meetings, training, and a focus on employee growth and feedback.
Role of Regulatory Compliance RF Test Engineer:Be a key member of the RF SME test team with opportunities for growth and promotion. Work closely with Lab Management and Support the Technical Sales Team.
Key Contributions:- Perform testing to regulatory standards on various devices; ensure accuracy and professionalism in testing, reporting, and communication.
- Support sales by validating test standards, generating test plans, and estimating project hours.
- Participate in quarterly training and oversee projects.
- Troubleshoot failing devices and interact with clients during testing.
- Maintain detailed records and test data entry.
- Answer questions regarding our lab scope and certification.
- Contribute to growth strategies, hiring, training, and planning.
- Knowledge of FCC parts (15b, 15c, 15e, 15.247, 22, 24, 27, 90) and Canadian rules; familiarity with EU RED & EMC directives; industry associations is a plus.
- 5+ years RF testing experience in an ISO 17025 lab, testing to FCC & ETSI standards.
- Legal work authorization in the US or clear pathway within 60 days.
- H1B & Green Card support available.
- Ability to work onsite in Mesa, AZ.
- Detail-oriented, professional communication skills, tech-savvy, and programming knowledge (TILE or Python) a plus.
- Salary up to $150,000 based on experience.
