As part of our rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced Test Lab Technician to support HVAC development programs. The role includes installing, calibrating, measuring, and recording data to ensure instruments and equipment meet established standards. Responsibilities also involve performing standard tests, electromechanical repairs, electronic measurements, and analyzing results to support research, development, and product quality initiatives.

• Conduct tests on HVAC products in accordance with company standards and development program requirements.
• Prepare and set up standard and specialized laboratory instrumentation for product evaluation.
• Perform performance, functional, calibration, and environmental tests on systems and components.
• Analyze, diagnose, and modify systems to support research and development projects.
• Maintain and calibrate testing tools and laboratory instruments.
• Perform electromechanical repairs as required.
• Troubleshoot failed test components or equipment, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Clearly document and communicate test findings to the engineering team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry and company testing standards.

• Associate degree or technical diploma in engineering technology, electrical, electronic, mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC equipment testing/operation or electromechanical testing methods.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for components and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
