Mesa, Arizona.

Position

AH-64 Product Repair Modification (Entry Level, Associate, or Mid level) Technician

Responsibilities
  • Assists with disassembly of systems components to support the correction of failures or implement changes.
  • Assists with basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
  • Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
  • Fabricates and modifies aerospace products according to specifications.
  • Assists with performs tasks associated with the safe handling of a simple aerospace vehicle (e.g. jacking, towing, system operations).
  • Works under supervision.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • Experience with assembling, disassembling, or repairing components associated with aircraft.
  • Experience working as an aircraft mechanic.
  • Must be willing and able to work variable shifts (1st and/or 2nd based on business needs).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Experience attributed to GFD5IB would be minimum 1 year experience with assembling, disassembling, or repairing components associated with aircraft.
  • Experience attributed to GFD5IC would be minimum 3 years' experience with assembling, disassembling, or repairing components associated with aircraft.
  • Experience attributed to GFD5IB would be minimum 1 year experience an aircraft mechanic.
  • Experience attributed to GFD5IC would be minimum 3 years' experience as an aircraft mechanic.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant License preferred.
  • AH-64 experience.
