Job DescriptionAs Dispatcher - your obsession with providing a Five Star customer experience will allow you to help our customers that are experiencing crisis. Your skills at capturing and communicating critical information quickly and effectively sets you apart.
As a dispatcher - you demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and desire to be a team player will show up and show off as you learn to support the company as a whole.

- Experience in dispatching a plus, but not required
- Must be able to read and write fluently in English (Bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Experience in construction or restoration trades a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen
- 1st point of contact to answer the phones
- Provide premiere customer service and create raving fans
- Dispatch calls and coordinate with sales teams to respond to new calls
- Support the sales and production teams with any items they may need
- Support the other administrative team members in the office
- Support the Accounting Manager with other tasks and miscellaneous requests
- Mesa, AZ 85205 – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating on‑call schedule (both weekdays and weekends)
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay Rate: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
