Pay: $14.70/hr (position also eligible for tips). Position is 40 hours per week, Part‑time.

The Dispensary Associate guides customers on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. The primary function is to facilitate a customer's purchase per state regulations while providing exceptional service.

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Show empathy and compassion to patients.
• Deliver the Tru Experience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures.
• Work directly with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Collaborate with leadership and management to solve customer issues.
• Document customer issues and concerns on the customer’s profile.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• May be required to perform additional team tasks on an as‑needed basis.

• As Delivery Associate (if assigned):
  Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Follow all Trulieve policies and procedures as delivery associate.
• As Online Support (if assigned):
  Assist with processing all online orders and deliveries within a 2‑hour timeframe.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent and experience in a similar field.
• Minimum age 21 (minimum 18 in CT, PA, WV).
• Prior retail/customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with various personalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment.
• Strong business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Ability to follow written/oral instructions.
• Respectful and polite customer and team interaction.
• Conversational English, computer/laptop proficiency, understanding of safety procedures, and telecommunication use.
• Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record for delivery driver role (if applicable).
• Pass a comprehensive background check.

• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
• Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that allow sensory function sufficient for job demands.
• Must function independently, with flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, or hostile individuals.

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout the facility, including confined spaces.
• Frequently manipulate objects up to 50 lbs, push/pull, lift/carry, ascend/descend, crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl.
• Occasionally remain in a seated position.

• Flexible hours depending on store needs.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Position works up to 40 hours per week with possible after‑hours based on business needs.
