Responsibilities
- Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents related to the initiation or closing of residential escrows, alleviating branches of high volume paperwork.
- Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.
- Perform work similar to that of an associate-level employee, with tasks that may be slightly more complex due to greater experience and knowledge.
- Assist in the opening and closing of escrows.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Flexible and self-motivated.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to follow escrow procedures and an awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.
- 1-2 years of escrow processing experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
