Tax Manager

Job Description

As Tax Manager, you'll partner directly with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, guiding them through complex tax planning, wealth transfer, and compliance strategies that shape financial legacies.

• Lead and oversee tax engagements for UHNW families and private clients
• Review and prepare complex federal and state returns (individual, trust, estate, partnership)
• Provide strategic advice on income, estate, gift, and trust tax matters
• Partner with legal, wealth, and investment advisors to deliver holistic solutions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients year‑round, not just during tax season
• Mentor and develop associates and advisors, helping shape best practices across the team
• Contribute to process improvement and uphold a culture of excellence

• 8+ years of progressive experience in tax advisory or public accounting
• Active CPA required;
  Master's in Taxation or Accounting preferred
• Strong technical expertise in individual, partnership, trust, estate, and gift taxation
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage multiple engagements
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative, service‑first mindset
• Big Four experience strongly preferred
• Experience with family offices or private wealth clients is a plus
• Demonstrated stability and long‑term growth in prior roles
