Sr. Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making through insightful financial evaluation and reporting. This position is based in Mesa, Arizona, and will play a key role in interpreting business performance, identifying trends, and delivering actionable recommendations to leadership. Responsibilities:

• Gather, organize, and interpret large data sets using analytical techniques that improve reporting accuracy and business insight.
• Prepare clear financial reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
• Partner with operational and business teams to understand key drivers, refine assumptions, and support data-informed decision-making.
• Monitor financial metrics and performance indicators to highlight areas requiring attention and support continuous improvement efforts.
