Job SummaryA licensed behavioral health professional who meets all credentialing requirements and is in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners will serve as Clinical Manager. As an independently licensed professional, the Clinical Manager is responsible for providing clinical supervision (as defined by 4 A.A.C
6) to assigned licensed clinical staff, delivering required clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year, and collaborating with the Clinical Director to develop and improve clinical competencies. The Clinical Manager conducts scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffing and consultation— including on‑call shifts—provides guidance in accordance with CBI Clinical Policy, contractual, state, and federal requirements, and reviews Behavioral Health and Risk Assessments with feedback to staff.
The role works closely with the Clinical Director and Clinical Operations team to ensure effective, efficient service delivery aligned with CBI policies, Arizona Administrative Code, ADHS/DBHS Provider Manual, CFR, and contract requirements.
- Master’s degree in a field related to behavioral health and licensure at the associate level (Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor) with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
- 1–3 years of full‑time Behavioral Health Care related work experience preferred; adequate exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations is desirable.
- Licensure at the associate or independent level (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor) is required.
- Fingerprint clearance card required.
- Current Arizona driver’s license with a clear 39‑month motor vehicle record.
