Physical Therapist - Pediatrics $20,000 Bonus
Position: Physical Therapist - Pediatrics
Location: 2225 W. Southern Ave., Suite A, Mesa, AZ 85202
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $76,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
Incentives: $20,000 Bonus and $350/Month Student Loan Repayment
Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team! We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, torticollis, and more.
You will play an integral role in collaborating with other professionals to help our pediatric patients reach their goals and learn new skills. - High Standard of Care:
Understand appropriate state Practice Act and adhere to the laws that govern how PTs may practice and whom they may supervise. - Develop objective patient goals and establish the type, frequency, and duration of physical therapy in collaboration with the referring physician.
- Supervise and delegate physical therapy care for each patient within the guidelines of state rules and federal regulations.
- Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs and complete patient care responsibilities and documentation requirements.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new programs or procedures with the approval of the manager and referring physicians per HIPAA guidelines.
- Best Practices:
Stay current and up to date with Physical Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
