Schedule: Monday–Friday, Between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends)
Location: 6239 E Brown Rd
SummaryAs a Direct Support Personnel, you’ll support adults in a day treatment program by helping with daily living needs, ensuring safety, and assisting with transportation and activities. You’ll follow individualized care plans, keep accurate documentation, and maintain a clean, respectful environment.

- Provide hands-on support with hygiene, meals, medications, and daily routines.
- Drive members to appointments and activities. (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Follow care plans and accurately document daily progress.
- Support members emotionally and physically.
- Attend required training and keep certifications current.
- Being flexible in hours worked in order to assist with staff coverage if needed

Requirements- Must be 18+ .
- 21+ with a valid AZ driver’s license and clean driving record (Driver).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Class 1 fingerprint clearance card.
- Able to pass background checks and obtain required certifications.
- Reliable transportation and flexible to cover shifts as needed.
High School or Equivalent - Flexible hours to work times as well as work locations to assist with staff coverage if needed
