Job Summary

The Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) is a member of the multi‑disciplinary treatment team that provides administrative and clerical support to direct care staff. The primary focus is supporting the direct care staff by completing clerical and administrative duties and providing exceptional customer service for all visitors and callers to the facility.

Responsibilities

Skills / Requirements

• High‑school diploma or GED required;
  Associate Degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Health Unit Coordinator in a hospital setting, EMT or CNA; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Arizona Driver’s License.
• Emergency Medical Technician certification (valid in Arizona) preferred but not required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant certification (valid in Arizona) preferred but not required.
