Soar Autism Center is hiring for an Early Intervention Specialist to be part of our transformative team dedicated to fostering the development of children with autism. As a care provider at our center, you will apply behavioral and developmental strategies to assist in our children’s development, teaching skills that provide a critical foundation for a child's growth and learning.

• Provide attentive one‑on‑one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2‑6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment.
• Implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of children.
• Build relationships with children's families.

  Can be demanding at times working with children; some routine care such as diaper changes.

• Interest in and experience working with children – we are open to a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences.
• Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality is essential.
• Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently; shift positions quickly; lift up to 50 lbs.; sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods; sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client.

• $21.50 – $28.50/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion.
