• Weekly pay – every Friday
• Consistent schedules & stable caseloads

• Provide one‑on‑one support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living skills and community integration
• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with members and families

• Previous DSP, caregiver, or similar experience preferred
• Reliability, compassion, and professionalism
• Willingness to follow DDD service guidelines and Endeavor standards
• Desire to be part of a team – not just fill shifts
