  • Act as the key contact for provider concerns and oversee resolution of service failures
  • Manage provider performance improvement plans and track quality incidents
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to improve provider onboarding and training
  • Monitor provider operations including claims, billing, redelivery issues, and service standards
  • Maintain CRM records and generate performance reporting and scorecards
  • Support onboarding and training of new Provider Services team members
  • Serve as a specialist for non‑core business lines and large accounts
  • Provide weekend coverage on a rotating basis to ensure client and patient needs are met
What we look for
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of professional work experience, including at least 2 years in vendor management, relationship management, or quality resolution
  • Experience in healthcare, post‑acute, managed care, or durable medical equipment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with Excel for reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
